Ingredients

• 1½ oz. Lough Neagh Distillers’ Vodka
• ¼ oz. Lime Juice
• ½ oz. Grenadine
• 1 oz. Strawberry Rhubarb Compote
• 2 dashes rhubarb bitters
• 1 oz. Mild flavoured tonic
• Lime
• Fresh Mint sprig
• Ice

Cocktail Preparation

1. Over ice combine Lough Neagh Distillers’ Vodka, lemon juice, grenadine, and Strawberry Rhubarb Compote.
2. Shake, serve in a wide tumbler glass and top with tonic.
3. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel and mint sprig.
